Pure Epsom salts, Organic Sea Salt, Organic Himalayan Salt, Organic Lavender and Chamomile Essential oil and REAL dried Lavender flowers..

• Avoid submerging broken skin in an Epsom salt bath
• Do not soak in Epsom salt if you've experienced allergic reactions or infections from it, or if you currently have open wounds or severe burns.
• Epsom salt baths aren’t recommended for people with severe skin inflammation, skin infections, or severe burns.
• Drinking Epsom salt can cause serious side effects such as severe diarrhea.
• Check with your healthcare provider first, especially if you have health concerns such as sensitive skin, a flare-up related to eczema, psoriasis, or other skin conditions, burns, wounds, or a skin infection, or low blood pressure.
